One of my readers sent me the following information not sure of the website, but I found the information extremely interesting, as I had always praised what they did in New Zealand. It just goes to show that the best place to grow your food is in the safety of your own garden – or is it?
The Dirty Dozen.... From www.safefood.org.nz
Food in New Zealand with the most pesticide residues ranked according to number of pesticides detected in total samples and percentage with pesticides

I have recently been receiving information from a new web site called Healthier Talk.com and I am reproducing some of the information so that you can see the type of advice they give, in the hope that you too will receive much information by logging on to the site.
Dear Reader,
Sometimes, mom does indeed know best.
It turns out that at least one of those old wive’s tales that you’ve probably heard, and most likely dismissed, most of your life may in fact be true. (I guess that makes it an old
wise tale, huh?)

Of all the cancers that are around, I know that the greatest fear of most women is getting breast cancer and yet it is easily preventable. It was with pleasure, therefore, I read the following newsletter from Dr. Jonathan Wright and decided to pass on the information in this Blog. Those of you taking Juice Plus and then supporting it with the fish oil I recommend can feel assured that you are doing much to prevent such a thing from happening. Certainly breast cancer is on the increase and my own feeling is that the modern trend of cutting out all oil from our diets is not the thing we should be doing. Make sure you are well supported.

I was reading a newspaper one morning when I came across the following letter reproduced below it was written by someone called Sheila Williams of Peterborough.
‘Don’t be fobbed of when a GP tells you: “It’s just your age” The letter was in The Daily Mail, Thursday, September 30 and was in reply to previous information I had not seen as I do not read this paper on a daily basis:
“Like Gabriel Neal (Good Health) I, too, have cancer of the womb. Although I had my hysterectomy and glad removal only four weeks ago, I’m well on the road to recovery thanks to the brilliant skills of London gynaecologist and oncologist Dr Kankipati Shanti Raju, who is pioneering a revolutionary surgical process in the UK for hysterectomies using a robotic process – one of the most effective, least invasive, robotic surgery techniques in gynaecologic oncology. The recovery process has been much quicker and less painful than through the conventional technique for such operations, but I’ll have t go through the three and six-monthly checks until the all-clear is given five years down the line.

Already the toll of winter’s woes has begun to creep up on us all, and many may already have found themselves suffering from the usual bouts of cold, ‘flu and bronchitis. Perhaps some of the following tips might be of use at a time like this.
Apart from the protection offered by our own Olive Leaf Extract, you could also take a daily dose of Echinacea throughout the winter months. There is a wonderful throat spray that should be used at the first sign of a tickle in the throat. Two other things that might help, keep a bottle of our own Formula 5 handy together with some Colloidal Silver. The Colloidal Silver could be used as a throat spay, and during the first two days of the cold or ‘flu you could take an emergency dose of Formula 5 – 6 drops every hour until symptoms subside a little,
